Unix Software: Math: SSA Toolkit
Description
The SSA Toolkit provides programs for doing single spectrum
analyses of data. It requires that TCL/TK be available on your
system, which it should be.

Commands
ssa - perform a
single spectrum analysis
carlo -
generate noise with statistics similar to input data
mtm -
compute a spectrum using the Multitaper Method
spectra -
a windowing interface for analyzing time series
spectrum -
compute various kinds of spectra from a time series
