The Earth Science Department prides itself on its ability to keep state of the art facilities available and accessible to students, faculty, and researchers. These include at the present time extensive facilities for seismic acquisition and processing, mass spectrometry, high-resolution microscopy and geochemistry. General computing facilities are maintained at a consistently high level. The facilities at HARC may also be available to people working within the department.

Our facilities are also accessible to collaborating scientists at other institutions, and certain of the geochemical labs are available for industrial research.
