but scientists from other universities, governmental agencies, and industry
may also use this facility.

- rocks, sediments, ores, soils, plants, bone, and teeth
- Synthetic materials:
- alloys, thin films, ceramics, composites, electronic "chips", art
and archaeological artifacts
